Billing Terms

These Billing Terms explain how purchases, subscriptions, and payments work on SocialSensor (https://socialsensor.io, the "Service"), operated by Onlyapps LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Billing Terms are part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use.
1. Pricing
You can view current prices for all plans directly on our Website. We offer auto-renewable subscriptions and, where applicable, one-time purchases that provide access to specific tracking, analytics, or premium features.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Please review the price, billing frequency, and plan details carefully before starting a subscription or making a purchase. Displayed prices may not include any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes applicable in your country, which may be added at checkout or charged separately by your bank or card provider.
We reserve the right to change subscription and one-time purchase prices at any time. We recommend checking the current price before completing a purchase. For active subscribers, we will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes that affect your subscription, in line with our Terms of Use.
2. Free or Paid Trials
From time to time, we may offer a free trial or a paid trial period (for example, a reduced-price trial for a limited duration). If a trial is offered, this will be clearly stated on the pricing or checkout screen before you complete your purchase. If no trial is mentioned, your purchase will start as a regular paid subscription without a trial period.
Unless you cancel before the trial period ends (see Section 5), you will be automatically charged the price shown on the payment screen for the subscription plan you selected, and your subscription will continue on a recurring basis.
3. How to Subscribe or Make a Purchase
To subscribe to a plan or make a one-time purchase, you'll generally go through the following steps:
Step 1 — Choose a plan. Select the subscription plan or one-time purchase that fits your needs from the pricing options on our Website.
Step 2 — Provide payment details. You'll be taken to a secure payment screen where you can pay by card or other supported payment methods (such as PayPal, where available). You'll be asked to provide your email address and payment details. By confirming your order, you accept these Billing Terms, including the price, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes for the selected plan.
Step 3 — Confirmation and access. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to your account and the features included in your plan, along with a confirmation email summarizing your order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
We are not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party payment platforms (such as Stripe or PayPal). We recommend reviewing the terms and policies of these platforms as well.
4. Payment Method
By subscribing or making a purchase, you authorize us (or our payment processor, acting on our behalf) to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. Charges will be made at the time of purchase, at the start of each renewal period, and at the end of any trial period, as applicable.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend your access to paid features, or both, until payment is successfully completed.
5. Cancellation
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the price of your chosen plan, unless you cancel it before the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before it renews.
To cancel, go to your account settings on the Website and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact us at support@socialsensor.io. Once cancellation is confirmed, your subscription will not renew, but you will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
After your subscription ends, access to paid features will only be available again if you start a new subscription.
6. Refunds
Our Refund Policy, which describes when and how you may be eligible for a refund, is available on our Website and forms part of these Billing Terms.
7. Taxes
Prices shown may be exclusive of applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location, where required by law.
8. Changes to These Billing Terms
We may update these Billing Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our pricing, payment processes, or applicable law. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service or by email, and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Billing Terms.
