Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and request a refund for purchases made on SocialSensor (https://socialsensor.io, the "Service"), operated by Onlyapps LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Refund Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use.
1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Cancellation stops future renewals, but your current paid plan and its features will remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We do not charge you again after cancellation.
If you have trouble cancelling through your account, contact us at support@socialsensor.io and we'll help you cancel manually.
2. How to Request a Refund
To qualify for a refund, please make sure the following conditions are met:
a) The purchase was made directly through the website (https://socialsensor.io);
b) You contact us via email within 30 days of your initial purchase;
If these conditions are met, send a written request to support@socialsensor.io including:
- The email address associated with your SocialSensor account;
- The date of your purchase and the plan you subscribed to;
- A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time, typically within 5–10 business days.
Note for EU residents: If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of concluding such agreement. This withdrawal right does not apply if performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You hereby expressly consent to the immediate performance of the agreement and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once our servers validate your purchase and the applicable purchase is successfully delivered to you. Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund, unless the digital content is defective.
3. When Refunds May Be Limited or Denied
We may limit or deny a refund request if:
- The 30-day window described in Section 2 has passed;
- You have substantially used the analytics, tracking, or Stories-viewing features included in your plan during the current billing period;
- The request is related to dissatisfaction with data accuracy or availability that results from changes to Instagram's platform, policies, or access restrictions outside our control, rather than a billing or access issue;
- We find evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Use.
4. Free Trials
If the Service is offered with a free trial, no charge will be made until the trial period ends. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial period expires. Once a trial converts into a paid subscription and payment has been made, this Refund Policy applies as described above.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, via our payment processor. Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Annual and Other Recurring Plans
For annual or other longer-term plans, the same 30-day refund window described in Section 2 applies, measured from the date of your initial purchase or renewal charge. After this window, cancellation will stop future renewals but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
